Destiny Awaits

We are all aboard that journey, the one that we call life, at times it is a bit troubling, to imagine where it may lead. There are so many possibilities and so many things to heed. Decisions are among us as beautiful flowers are in bloom but at the same time the world around us is in a state of gloom. Thinking about those who are not as fortunate as we; always brings me to think about those who think the same of me. We never know what life will bring or what we will become, all we can do is hope that God will be good to us.

Full of aspirations, I hope time will fulfill; sometimes it's difficult to decide, in which ones to take my thrill. There is so much that surrounds us, it really can be trite. Decisions can be harmful or fill you with delight; the lotto is among you, should you really play? There's always that chance to strike it rich one day. On the other hand, odds are not so great, the compulses override you and you think maybe you should wait. After all, you could become obsessive, and perhaps even break. No one really knows all that could await. It fills me with fear to think of things in store. Then again, it could be that life will bring MORE. You never know what lies ahead and so you must wait, trying to be patient, although it is your fate. I hope someday to be that wise, to know and be fulfilled, until that day arrives, I'll wonder ever more...Wandering around.
